About the Author

Nina Anderson is an International Sports Science Association certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition and a professional writer. She has been an active researcher in the alternative health field for over twenty years. Ms. Anderson has written over a dozen books on the subject of alternative health. Her most popular titles include Low Carb and Beyond and The Secrets of Staying Young. 



Frances Meiser is an educator, author, and pioneer in bringing new information on brain function and its neuroplasticity to the educational arena and an aging population. At age fifty, she was labeled with Attention Deficit Disorder, and now she shares with her audience the methods she has learned to both deal with this “diagnosis” and to overcome it. Ms. Meiser earned her Masters of Education degree from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Today, she is a frequent lecturer on brain health for both children and adults.

Nina is an International Sports Science Association certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition. She is a retired corporate pilot having flown many jet aircraft including the Gulfstream, Sabreliner, Citation III and Hawker. Nina has taught Human Factors for the FAA Wings Program and is a member of the 99s, and WCA. As a nationally acclaimed researcher, author, television and radio personality, Nina's message has reached thousands of listeners. She has been an active researcher in the alternative health field for over twenty years and has co-authored 18 books including Flying Above the Glass Ceiling, Worse Than Global Warming: Wave Technology, Low Carb and Beyond, Cancer Disarmed, ADD, The Natural Approach, Super Nutrition for Dogs n' Cats, Nutritional Leverage for Great Golf and Analyzing Sports Drinks. She offers lively seminars that are entertaining, educational and interactive. She also is President of Safe Goods Publishing and LJB Piper, LLC which makes a natural sports drink concentrate, electroBlast. Nina has a BA from Monmouth University (NJ).
