or have elderly parents/grandparents that you are caring for. This book has little tips, such as say you are on Lipitor 20 mg's daily. Talk to your physician & ask him to prescribe a 90 day supply;(If you have prescription benefit coverage, 90 day co-pays are often not a lot more than the 30 day co-pay.)& to prescribe Lipitor 40 mg's instead so that you can cut them in half,(only do this with scored tablets that are designed to be cut in half by the manufacturer.)This book also suggests which medication in its class gives the most bang for the buck, websites of online pharmacies for price comparison, etc. This book is worth its weight in gold!
