I've had a touchpad on my laptop for years, but when I bought a new desktop, it came with a traditional mouse. Old wrist/elbow/hand pains all returned within a couple days. After getting the Smart Cat Touchpad, the pain is gone. It is also very easy to use. You should read the manual about how to use the scroll, but everything else was a breeze. It comes with a software disk, but I have XP so I didn't need it. It worked as soon as I plugged it in. It is wonderful. You couldn't pay me enough to use anything else. Hope it helps you if you have carpul tunnel syndrome or tennis elbow.

If you like a touchpad mouse instead of a standard mouse, you cannot beat a Cirque pad. I purchased this mouse as an alterative to my current mouse and found it easy to use and install. It comes with a CD of mouse drivers, and is so easy to use you can forget the manual. It has programmable Buttons, and a smooth touchpad for easy input. 4 stars.

This is a great product. I have had several catpads over the years and have left them behind at jobs, animals have chewed the cords, and technology has changed the connection with the incarnation of the usb cord (I have never replaced them because of product failure). This one is my favorite because of the large screen pad. I have not used the hot buttons - but I hope to. I will buy the product again and highly recommend it.

This thing cleared up all tendonitis and impending carpal tunnel issues. No more pain and I've had it for years. Knocked off a star because the old versions were much higher quality. Also, buy a wrist-rest! With the wrist-rest I can use this all day and there are no more aching hands/arms/back and no more pain! Highly recommend if you have these issues.

Needed to download drivers since it does not work well as a plug and play device. Preferred the old versions with the serial connector that were better.
