Good high-level picture,

This book describes the benefits of "re-engineering" through time-based analyses and work flow improvement. At this level, the book is a total success. The author's pithy style makes for good reading. Where the book is weak is in the details. I would have been happier to see the case studies presented in greater detail. Adding some diagrams to the case studies would have reinforced the concepts presented.There is no question that Koulopoulos is headed in the right direction. Even with the high-level assessment, the book discusses some of the most important concepts of our time. |
