I needed a heart rate monitor for my workouts at Curves. Their stepper/heartrate machine would not read me. For the price, this watch does that and more. It is very good at helping keep track of where I am in workout. Highly recommend. I was concerned about the designation of "small", but not a problem.
Watch fits fine.

I was very excited about the watch pedometer because I had lost my waist one. Please do not purchase this kind for the following reasons: 1. It is very difficult to program: It took me a week to figure out how to work the pedometer function. 2. It does not count all your steps: the wrist that has the watch on it, has to be close to your side in order to count the steps. I have found that the indicator is flashing informing you that it is counting your steps but when you look at the number it is not changing. I always have to add extra steps to my figure which defeats the purpose for the watch. Please do not waste your time, find another product.
