I got a bangle and pendant on the recommendation of my sister. I got the mother of pearl since it's white and will go with most everything in my closet. My son loves them. He likes to play with them and chew on them. I make sure to wear them when going to a doctor's appointment or church because it keeps him occupied for a while and it's quiet. However, my sister got the moonstone ones and they looked nice...like real stone. The mother of pearl bangle looks like a bent hot glue stick...just plastic-y and kind of cheap...not like stone at all. The pendant looks nicer, but still like plastic. I would get one that's not just one color. Get one with specks in it...they look better.

Both my daughter and I love this necklace. It's cute and convenient for me but, safe for her to play w/ and chew !! It's nice to always have a teether / toy handy that she can't easily throw on the floor .saving me many a washing :D
She also fiddles w/ it while she nurses to sleep , keeping her from pulling my hair or anything else ..
I love this thing..I'm thinking of getting other colors !

My son loves this teething ring. It's to the point where every time I'm wearing it around my neck, he stares, points, and whines until I let him chew it. In fact, that's the reason I can't give this a five star rating - my son likes it too much. So every time I wear it, I either have to hold him so he can chew it, or I have to take it off and give it to him so he can chew it. And since it's on a necklace cord, I have to watch him like a hawk whenever he has it in his own hands. I have considered just taking the pendant off of the necklace, but I'm not convinced that it wouldn't be a choking hazard.
I bought the matching bracelet, and I'm much more comfortable letting him chew that.

This is not the most fashionable accessory you will ever wear, but it certainly is functional! What a great idea and a very reasonable price. This necklace was chewed on a LOT by my son while he was teething, and it never showed wear or tear. The pull-away clasp was a nice touch for when he yanked it, my neck did not suffer any rope burns. I would recommend this necklace to any moms who have teething babies.

I got this to save myself from strangulation. My little girl developed a fascination with a religious pendant that I never take off. This pendant was on an 18" chain with a clasp not meant to resist the weight of a tiny human, and I rapidly developed raw spots where the chain cut my neck from her pulling. I got the teething necklace more to let her pull on it than to chew on. The large disk is eye-catching enough to draw her away from the shiny silver pendant, the nylon cord is soft and smooth enough to prevent injury, and in emergencies the plastic safetly clasp pops apart easily. This thing has really saved me a lot of pain. ^.^ And it's moderately stylish.

My sister in law and I are both pregnant currently, but she has 2 other small children who are very oral and chew on everything.

I bought these for us to wear on Thanksgiving so that we could still have cute necklaces on, but that would be okay if the kids present that night chewed on it. It was a hit... my 2 nephews really enjoyed playing with and chewing on the jewels, and our friends' infant's seemed to enjoy being able to chew on something different as well. It was a great hit!

would recommend to anyone with small kids around who still wants to wear necklaces!

I got this to use with my 6 month old when she started teething. We were going to be flying from Hawaii to Maryland for vacation and I needed something that would keep her interest and that we wouldn't lose. This was the perfect solution. I just put it around my neck and she would chew and chew and chew on it. It kept her quiet for a good portion of the flight. We also used it at church and other places we needed her to be calm and quiet.

It looked great, too. It looked like a stone disc until I touched it and felt it was a soft, rubbery material.

My sister in law is having a baby in January and I'm planning on buying one of these for her!

I bought this necklace for my teething son to take on a 5 1/2 hour plane ride. It made a great distraction for him whenever he started to get upset, and I didn't have to worry about it falling on the floor of the plane and getting dirty when he let go of it. I'd like one in every color. :)

My baby loves this teether. It really does look nice and my 6 month old loves to grab it and chew on it. Great idea!

My baby loves this necklace/teether. He's always pulling on my actual necklace so I decided to get this to try it out. He's been teething continuously since June and we are on our 7th tooth. He loves this as soon as I pick him up wearing it it goes straight to the mouth. Sadly, I left it at my moms more than 8 hours away.
