Smart Solar Key-hole Light There is still no light on the keyhole; solar or otherwise. The item sent was defective so could not be assembled in accordance with the directions that were provided. Since the item was supplied by ContractorsTools I followed the directions given by the Amazon.com web site and emailed Amazon.com. They forwarded my request to ContractorsTools. I requested an RGA and a refund to my credit card. An immediate email response was sent to me from Amazon.com letting me know my message had been forwarded to ContractorsTools and advising me that the seller's response would be sent directly to me via email. When I didn't receive an email response from ContractorsTools in the next few days I searched their web site and found a customer service phone number. I called and gave them all of the information they asked for. After being asked to wait, which I did, the person who had taken my call came back and told me I would be called back. I waited a week and when I still hadn't received the promised return call I called ContractorsTools again. Again, I gave them all of the information they asked for. Again I was asked to wait, which I did. The person I had been talking to came back and told me the person I initially spoke with was out to lunch and since I'd spoken with her the first time I called she had all of the information and would call me back as soon as she returned from lunch. At the end of the work day I still had not been called back. I'm sorely disappointed in the quality of the item I was sold and in the customer service I received. I would never order anything from ContractorsTools again.

This product didn't work from the beginning. It was flimsy. I sent it back.

I love this product. It gives you enough time to turn off the light by the front (or back) door and lock the door. When it is dark, you can see your keyhole. No more fumbling around. My first one lasted at least 2 years. I didn't realize I could change the battery until I got my new ones. I am almost thinking about putting one on my car door. LOL

one of the lights did not work and the other worked for two days, this was a waste of money

This product is cheap junk. Did not work. Cannot access the battery to check or replace. Do not waste your time or money

great product great design works flawlessly. what more can i say? oh yes and the price is right. this one is a winner!

It came with the three different interchangeable covers as said. It has a 15 second time delay after you press it, so it doesn't waste its own energy. Came with two adhesive patches so you stick it on or you can install it with the little screws that are in the package. It's worked great for me. It's better than buying an expensive lithium battery one.
