This review is from: A Smart Student's Guide to Selective College Admissions : A Workbook for High Achievers (Spiral-bound)
Mr. Coakley is an college admission genius. I read a few college books when I was applying, but none of them were as helpful as this one. This is not just a book that you read and then forget, it is a WORKBOOK. He has provided ample space within the book to complete the writing exercises. Lets face it, the hardest part about the application is the ESSAY. I am not a good writer, (as you may tell from reading this), but Mr. Coakley's exercises challenged me. When it came time to writing my essay, I had the tools I needed to make sure it was Ivy Quality. If you have troubles writing then he can get you to the promised land.
