This book, Smart Talk by Denise Gosselin is fantastic! My professor made us purchase this book for our class last semester. It has so much information for anyone going into criminal justice. It has real life scenarios, lots of interviewing techniques and is the best book I've read out of all the ones I've had to buy so far for my criminal justice major. Thank you for making a book that actually tells me how to investigate and interrogate, instead of just dry facts that are hard to understand.

Make sure you really buy SMART TALK by Denise K. Gosselin, and not that other book that is being bundled and piggy-backing off of the real thing! Buy the book using the ISBN that your professor gives you for class, don't just title search, or you could end up getting a different book by a different author, which is what I suspect the bad reviewers did!

This book is excellent for content but fails to deliver at a college level. There are far too many spelling and grammatical errors. My students made negative remarks about this text selection because of these errors. Edit it and clean it up and it might be a winner!
