I bought this for $8 at my local Half Price Books, brand new! My almost 2 year old loves to "read" through it. Definitely a buy for toddlers who like books. I've learned a few new things along with him.

Got this for my four year old after borrowing it at the library. Fabulous layout--2 page spread per topic, providing just enough information to appease curious children while also providing "jump-off" points where you can delve further using other resources. Happy that it's produced by our favourite magazine company (Owl, Chickadee and Chirp). I had to also get the Smartopedia for my son as well. Love them both!

I gave this book to my kindergarten-aged neice - who's reading everything about everything. Book delivers, in easy to digest form, just as promised - an amazing book about everything, from the perspective of a young child.
