These "solataire" type games are really quite fun.
If you have children that you would like to get away from in front of the computer or tv, these are just perfect. They are also great for a hospital room or an older personthat has nothing to do all day.

This particular one has 6 sturdy clear plastic pieces that you fit into a square on the top of a tray. All the pieces have an airplane in a different colour. There are 24 2-sided cards that range in skill from easy to very difficult. On each card are runways. On the easy cards they actually put the airplanes but not the colours. You have to fit the six pieces onto the runways so that every airplane is on a runway. You must make sure that all airplanes on each individual runway are going in the same direction.

If you get a few of these games (they have games for age 3 and up) then the whole family can have a quiet night testing something other than their eyes on a screen!!

As a teacher I am always looking for ways to get my students to think. If the process can be fun, it is even better! This game provides challenge, and uses perception and reasoning to match the colored airplanes and to make all six pieces fit while covering the airplane outlines. My students love being able to work at their own pace, and can't wait to get checked and move on to the next puzzle.

We rented a cabin in the mountains with no cable. So we played games for a week among them with this one. It was a hit all around from our 3 yr old to our 60+ parents. I think everyone should try master this type of games. Really helps our problem solving skills and sharpness. We started timing eachother and played it in rounds from easy to expert.

Once he started playing Airport Traffic Control on Christmas morning, his Mom reports, he did not go back to his DS or Wii games for an entire day.

This is a fun challenge where you cover the cards with clear pieces that have airplanes on them. You must get the correct planes onto the correct flight paths, IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION.

The cards vary in background theme which changes it up a bit and makes it nice.

I am an Occupational Therapist working in a school district. This game is hands down the favorite of my middle school boys who need to work on motor planning....or just will motivate to do a non-preferred task in therapy so they can 'earn time' at the end to continue the challenges......Great for Aspergers kiddos who are super smart and crave the challenge of puzzles....can be a sensory calming activity to spend break time solving a few puzzles. Love this game!

It's very well made and stores great for easy transport. I was worried if might not be challenging enough for my 7 yr old girl but found out that it is even challenging for adults. Happy with the purchase. Arrived quick too.

I bought this for my son, he likes it and I love it. I really enjoy doing this together with him while my son plays it alone and with me. The different levels are humbling. It will take us a long time to become advanced and it will be a fun trip to get there.
