  • Read the terms and conditions in the .pdf file link located at the top of this page. This document will provide you with full details about the plan you are purchasing.
  • Coverage lasts 3 to 5 years from item purchase date. The coverage length is described in the Protection Plan title. Your Plan begins on the date you purchased your item and is inclusive of the manufacturer warranty period. If your item arrives late, call us and your plan can be extended to the shipping date. When I first ordered my leather recliner/w ottoman, I was happy to know that I could get wear protection - at a good price- but, only for the recliner.

I went back and forth on Wear Guard to insure not only the recliner but also the ottoman as well, but they refused to do so,even though the two came together.

I was a little disappointed at this point after making several attempts to get them both insured.

Now first I must say that I hate when ppl leave bad scores because they didn't end up using it or because they never got the item they purchased this for, you're just a bad person. I give it 5 stars because it is relatively simple to register online and for what they cover, I think its amazing. The only thing about it is they cover ONE item which is fine but they should say explicitly say this.
