I wore these for the first time to work ( 12 hr shift...not so smart) ended up being on my feet all day, and my tush was killing me just 4 hours into my shift... and for several days later, I can tell you i felt the burn! I would recommend them for a little extra work to your step...couldn't hurt that's for sure.

I just bought my second pair so I can have one pair in my boots and one pair in my Nikes. They are so comfortable and I definitely feel a difference. I always wear when I work out!

I wanted to have an insole that would offer my legs a "good workout" while walking.That was what this product promised.I didn't find the insole to do anything more than a good gel insert that I would by at a local store.It did offer support but that was all.I had to remove them from my shoe..

These insoles seemed like a great idea to me. However, they didn't work in any of my shoes. Raised my foot up too high out of shoes and were just not comfortable. You need to take the entire inside of your own shoe out to try to fit this in. Today's shoes come with so many nice insoles that putting these in just defeated the purpose.

They had stains on them when I received them.... they do absolutely NOTHING that they say they would... You can get a better sole at the drugstore (Dr Scholls) for less then $10. They make a squeaky noise when I walk too, very annoying.

I was skeptical about these insoles, but I thought I would try these, rather than spending the $200+ on MBT shoes. I've worn them at my job now for a month, and while I'm on my feet all day long, I have not noticed any benefit regarding being "anti-cellulite". The good news is, I feel I am standing up straighter. Bottom line - if you're hoping for a shaping up of your buns & thighs, I'm not sure this is the product for you.

These are nice good quality insoles, but I don't see them doing anything else for me at this time, maybe this will change over a few more months of wear or something but as of right now all I have is new insoles. Felt nothing like "a burn" etc on my legs or anywhere else. Not saying they are not a good product, just not worth the price for a set of insoles for your shoes.

I have worked foodservice for more years than I care to remember. Tweleve hour days in this industry are the norm and being on your feet for the majority of those hours is a given. The worst way to spend those hours is with sore or aching feet. This product cushions the heel and arch of your foot making standing & walking a more pleasurable experience. The smartsole helps to correct your posture. Good posture helps to alleviate back pain. Do not hesitate to buy this product, you will not regret it.

Love them. They are great for my circulation and very similiar to MBT's which are not as comfortable and much pricer. I have recommended these to several women at my gym and they all LOVE them. These insoles only fit in flat shoes.

THESE INSOLES DONT WORK. I FEEL NO DIFFERENCE WHEN I WALK USING THESE INSOLES. SAVE YOUR MONEY
