I have slightly narrow feet so I like a sock that provides just a little bit of cushion. This sock is just right... not to thin, but also not so fluffy that it takes up too much space. It fits really well and works for mountain biking, running and lifting. It's a great all around workout sock. Definitely worth the money.

Smartwool socks perfect as always - nice fit, comfortable cushioning for walking, the padded achilles tab is a wonderful feature on low-cut socks to keep back of shoe from rubbing. Worth the price - these socks last a long time. Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend.

We purchased these socks from Amazon at a great price after a recommendation from a sales person at a shoe store. We bought water proof hiking shoes for a two week trip and needed good socks too. Also on his recommendation, we only needed two pair of these each. Rotated wearing one pair one day and the other pair the next, while the other pair aired out. They stayed fresh with no smell and saved a lot of packing space. Kept our feet cozy (comfortable - as we had 55-85 degree weather) and dry. They fit very well with the shoes and the low profile was very comfortable. Highly recommend for needing performance socks!
