I ordered from Home Depot for 719.00 I ran it for 30 minutes on propane with my whole house load except ac units.2 big screen tv's,my furnace.2 ceiling fans ,2 bathroom exaust fans,my deck lights and every light on 3 floors plus 2 pc's and monitors and it performed nicely and pretty quietly. It started right away with electric start which came with a battery and cables to trickle charge it.Not a flicker any where.Seems to be quality generator.Propane is definetly the way to go but nice to have 2 options

It's a little early to review, it could take years before I can and at 70 I may not have them, so this is all I can tell you right now to date
I had one "Different brand" I had to get it in a rush ten minutes before the worse ice storm we ever had here in my life time in the south near ten years ago. I had drove as fast as i could to Home Depot only to find a 8500 watt on display was all that was left no choice. I made all the transfer needed to my home I have gas heat but it won't work without electricity
My power went out, with the 8500 watt we had all our lights microwave refrigerator recpt. heat ect. working we could heat hot water if we shut everything down but the heat, just long enough to heat the water. It was as if the power never went out in our home for the two weeks our power was off. The only trouble I had was finding gas enough gas to keep it running. I had to drive almost fifty miles to load up. Now here comes the ST- GP7500 I bought it because I had sold the one I had two years ago. They was calling for an ice storm again. I saw this one that ran off propane or gas I hit one click and was told two days which was fine the storm was two days away I ran out and bought five tanks of propane we had the storm but no generator I was mad as hell it didn't come but thank God we never lost power. I was told it had got lost in transit I called Amazon, I could have cancel then but started thinking I better get it anyway winter is not over yet, so I didn't cancel, it still taken a week to get here. It was a dream to put on the wheels legs and handles all of five minutes.

I am really happy with this generator. It was easy to assemble the very few parts you had to put on and it fired right up! Bravo.

The generator arrived with some significant shipping damage. I contacted the manufacturer, and they quickly put me in touch with a tech support person who ascertained which parts were needed, and advised me on the best approach to making the repairs. They shipped the parts immediately, and after a few hours of work, the unit was repaired and like new.

I've only tested it using propane, but fully loaded it with all ten circuits from our transfer switch on, and it smoothly delivered with plenty of power to spare.

The only negative so far was that this 187 pound generator was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box, so if it gets punctured or penetrated in any way, the more fragile components within the frame are vulnerable to damage. But Smarter Tools helped us fix it, and also offered to send someone on-site if we couldn't get it fixed ourselves. Works for me.

The generator arrived in pretty good shape except for a couple of miner issues. The battery holder was somewhat bent but it was a easy fix. Also the generator comes with a hose and regulator for a propane tank hook up,but the plastic part that would screw onto the tank was broken.I E Mailed Amazon and within a couple of hours was given a very generous rebate on the purchase price to get a new hose.I'm very happy and will certainly continue shopping Amazon.

Easy to set up. 200 hour warranty not 60 as above. Pull cord housing was broken. Called ST, sent picture, by the time I called back they were already doing the paper work to send a new pull cord rotor assembly (4 screws to assemble). Starts easily on propane or gasoline. Battery came with a 98% charge. Haven't tested with a full load, yet.

Have not used it yet. Del. on time, assembled ok, only problem was the wheels. The part that the wheels threaded into was not at the right angle and the wheels are slightly angled. But to have a duel fuel gen for the money I think it's a good buy. Am in the process of hooking up the electric to the house.
