This is going to be a christmas gift but I have already previewed it a bit and added some pictures to it. My only critical comment: It is a little flimsy in feel (not the frame but the "digital/hard drive/back" of the device) and construction but I believe that the choices in material are for weight consideration overall. It has many options for you to get data onto the device and allows for video, picture and sound to be transferred and used. I am only going to be attaching it directly to a comp. so the options go above my needs. The hard drive has impressed me already for holding so many pictures and displaying them with great clarity. The price is not bad at all for a device that size and I am happy with my purchase thus far.

God forbid you have a problem with this frame.
All phone numbers that came with the frame are
disconnected. Even the numbers I found online are
discontinued. All email address online are failures.
The websites in the manual do not load.
I got mine as a gift. The videos do not work.
And so far I can not get any help from this company.
I am so disappointed.
If anyone knows how I can fix this. Let me know.

This product really was exactly as advertised. Actually better considering the cost. It has worked out really well and is easy to use. It looks great on any table or shelf. The ease in loading pictures makes it the best product I could have bought. I would buy from this place again.

Very good picture quality. Can be viewed even at long distances. Nice quality. You will need to purchase additional memory but you can't beat the price.

I bought this frame for my elderly mother-in-law. I wanted something to brighten her day with memories in the nursing home. I researched online for a larger frame she could see well and for good clarity. This one fit the bill and it was priced very reasonably on Amazon. When it arrived, I was thrilled! It looks very classy with the beautiful dark wood and the picture size is great! It holds 2,000 pictures in its internal memory so we loaded it up with lots of family pictures of all her kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. It didn't make a dent in the memory, so we can continue to add as new things happen. It's operation is simple so all the family members can bring new pictures when they come to visit and just add them. I'm planning on buying more of these for myself and other family members when I catch them on sale again!

Ordered the Smartparts 10.4-inch digital frame directly from Amazon several weeks ago. Received the product a few days later and set it up. Unfortunately, there were several red stuck pixels on the display in the middle of the picture. Ug!

Called Amazon and they handled the return, though they didn't have any in stock. So, they offered to replace this through a third party, TheFatoryDepot, even making up the difference in shipping costs. Amazon is first class.

The unit from the TheFatoryDepot arrived in a few days, and then...you guessed it, more stuck pixels. This time blue stuck pixels near the middle of the display. I'm returning this unit, but TheFactoryDepot charges return shipping of course.

I had been looking for a digital picture frame for over two years. Most of these frames have mediocre reviews, except for this one and the Sony. The Sony is way overpriced, so I chose the Smartparts 10.4-inch digital frame. Though this frame looks good, they obviously have manufacturing problems. So I'm posting this review so that other buyers don't make the same mistake.
