This keychain picture viewer did not work from the time I received it. I got in touch with the company's tech support and was told it was faulty equipment. They instructed me to send it back to them, and they would replace it. About 3 weeks later I got a replacement from the manufacturer. That one didn't work either. I checked a few sites online and it seems that this is a common issue with this item. Everything I read said that it just never worked or it only worked for about 5-6 months. I have decided to cut my losses and not frustrate myself with another one.

The packaging of this product claims that it is compatible with MacOS. Plugging it into a Mac does not reveal any way to load photos onto the device.

The manual on this product directs one to a website where you can download the Mac application required to load pictures.

Once at that website, there is no mention of the Mac software. If you try to download the one downloadable product I found, I was queried for a serial number. This product has none visible. No download was permitted.

Trying to send e-mail to techsupport or sales at the company is fruitless as the e-mails bounce back. Now to wait till the long weekend is over before I can call their 800 number and see how else they can fail.
