Easy to use, good picture, but there are a few flaws.

First, there is no external power source. It runs off of an internal USB rechargeable battery that only last 2 hours. However, I've managed to get around that by keeping it plugged into a USB port on my computer all the time. Not a big deal if you have an available USB port.

Second, you can't add pictures directly to the frame's SD card simply by plugging in the frame to your USB port. Again, not a big deal for me since I have an SD slot on my computer, but I still would have liked to have had that option.

Third, and this is the major issue for me, the frame is not gray as it appears in the picture, it is a very shiny mirror. So reflective, it actually makes viewing difficult unless you hold it at just the right angle.

I purchased this for my wife to use at her desk at work so she could share some of her favorite photos. I purchased this unit mainly for 2 reasons, the price and this unit works on a rechargable battery and does not need to be plugged into a wall outlet power source.

There is no mistaking this digital frame is no high end model but it does work nicely for my wife at work. The battery life is not the best but she plugs it in via the USB cable to recharge it at work. The screen quality is not bad and downright good for the price point of this unit. Be aware it is not very big but it works well on a crowded desktop. It does have it's quirks such as you can not accesess or edit pitcures on the built memory or SD card via the USB cable plugged into your computer. You have to edit/add/delete photos seperatly on a card reader or other device and can only delete/add photos via the buttons on the unit itself. We are using an SD card with it so the we do not bother with the internal memory. The area surrounding the digital screen is also highly reflective silver and not the grey painted surface the picture shows it to be.

All in all it's a basic little digital photo frams that gets the job done. Not one you want to hang proudly on your living wall but a neat little desk item. It is worth the money depending on the use you have in mind for it in my oppion.

At its size, this made a good stocking stuffer for Christmas, but it still really requires an external power supply that makes it cumbersome. All in all, I would probably avoid purchasing an item this size and simply buy a larger one as no one would really want to look at a screen that small regardless...perhaps children?
