I received this frame as a gift. It was very easy to set up. Initially I loved it. I called the person who gave it to me with sincere thanks. The picture quality was great, my pictures looked better than when they were actually printed. After one week the frame went blank. I thought it was unplugged but not so. The message on the screen read card error. I tried a number of troubleshooting options to no avail. I removed my memory card from the frame and put it back in my camera and received an error message through my camera. I then purchased a new memory card and took pictures with it in my camera. I put the new memory card in the frame and again received an error message. I put the same new card back into my camera and it read an error message. The card was fine before I put it in this frame. This frame is not a quality product. It looks nice and would be great if it didn't remove photos and ruin memory cards.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents. They are not very techy and so I had to set it up for them. The directions were simple and it was pretty easy loading the photos. My parents love this frame. And even they upload and remove photo from it now!

I got this frame for my in-laws for Christmas. I have never had any experience with digital frames, so I'm have nothing to compare it to. But I was pleased with the picture quality it offered at the price I paid.

There were a few pictures that I had to brighten up with my photo software before downloading them because it seems that the frame shows a little dark. I also wish that it had a USB cable included since my in-laws don't have a SD card reader in their computer.

But overall it is a good frame at a good price.

Do not buy this. You will not get what you thought you'd get.

I don't know if the manufacturer changed the product since the original product description was written or what. But what shows up at the door is definitely not what's advertised.

There is no internal memory in the frame. You MUST have a separate memory card to use it. And there is no way to control the speed of the slide show, meaning that unless you enjoy seeing pictures zip by every 1.5 seconds you will not like this frame.

I had mine for a whopping 2 hours before I realized that it had none of the features I bought it for and it was quickly on it's way back to Amazon.

The worst thing about this is the picture get zoomed and stretched automatically. I was never able to edit the picture so that it just accepted it without it wanting to change the aspect ratio.

The new digital frame gave me the opportunity to see my favorite photos any time. It is so easy to set up and even to change the pictures frequently. I enjoy putting old family photos showing on mine when different family sets are coming over. They all enjoy the frame as much as I do.

Good product, easy to use, easy to install pictures on memory card (sd) I used a memory card reader/writer and put pictures I wanted on memory card. Works very well.

I returned this frame immediately after opening it. The picture quality is terrible, changing dramatically based on viewing angle, and the software skewed the aspect ratio of almost every picture I put on a memory card. DO NOT BUY.

i bought it for my wife for christmas. the day after christmas i put some pictures on it. the next day we had friends over and had it on. the next day it did not work. i am trying to get someone from the company to answer me about the warranty, but no one has let me know anything yet. i have emailed 2 times. i hope they take care of it but i don't have a good feeling about this.

This frame works great. The controls were a little confusing as far as stopping the slide show to move forward and back manually, but everything else was pretty straight forward.
