I was so excited to get these for Christmas a couple years ago. It seems like a great idea, but they have a few flaws: I made Taco Lasagna in the 13x9 last week and the entire time it was cooking I thought there was something wrong with my meal. It smelled like something was burning. The meal did taste okay, but the dish was what was causing the smell. Yesterday I decided to make brownies in the same pan. I smelled the same burning smell and, sadly, my brownies have a distinct "taco lasagna" flavor. They also are a mess to get off the bottom of the "nonstick" pan. I'm sure I'll keep using the pieces occasionally, but from now on the 13x9 is designated for casseroles only.

I bought this set a few years ago. I really love them. The food comes out, just like it says it will. I do use a little bit of non-stick spray to help it not have a residue. My old dishwasher wouldn't get out the residue, but my new one has no problems getting it clean. I haven't used the bunt pan, or the stencils yet. I have used the mat, 9 x 11 pan and loaf pan. I have been baking gluten free bread in the loaf pan recently and it does great. I always use a cookie sheet to steady ANY silicone bake ware that I use. I believe it is recommended in the literature that comes with it. If you use a cookie sheet, you shouldn't have a problem with the bake ware being flimsy. I am very happy with this set. I have since bought 2 muffin pans (another brand, no problems) and am expecting 2 more loaf pans soon (also another brand). I have a large family, that's why I need so many. I am also thinking of getting a different set of this brand of bake ware that I saw here on amazon.

love the cookware. So easy to use, clean and no burning of food on the sides.
Will purchase more in the future.

If you have a person you are buying for that loves to bake, this is a fun exciting gift. They work, and are fun to use, but are a little flimsy, so you have to be careful putting the stuff in the oven and taking it out. BUT, they are great when you want to get a cake or muffins out of the pan easily!

I've had this set for over three years and i use parts of it at least weekly. I never used the stencils and have lost them, or the bundt pan. The loaf pans works really well for home-made bread, bread slides out easily and cooks evenly. The 9x11 pan works well for cakes and for other uses (lasagna, roasting veggies, brownies, ect) The pies pans work but can be a little tricky, pies aren't super easy to take out of the pan and you really don't want to cut inside the pan either. My favorite is the cookie sheet/baking mat. I use this ALL the time. It eliminates the need to grease the pan, cooks things evenly, makes removing cookies from the pan super easy, and helps with clean up.

There a few cons though, Recently the logo on the baking mat has begun to bubble up whenever I use it, more annoying than anything. i also wish they hadn't placed the rather large logo on the baking mat, it can and does get in the way. All pieces can be a bit of a pain to wash, I always wash by hand, being silicone they flop around and can make washing messy and difficult.

You also have to remember to use another cookie sheet under these in the oven, contact with the oven's shelf will melt these. Also you need that stability to remove them from the oven.

I recommend these to anyone who bakes at least on a monthly basis.

These are great. They cook well. The non-stick is incredible! There's just one tiny problem.
You must dry them thouroughly after washing. If you let it air dry it gets gross marks on it. Like milk had dried on it. It wipes off easily enough if it happpens, but looks terrible.

easy to clean. I just can't get used to the fact it takes both hands to pickup. So flexable and soft.

I used this set yesterday and made some hummingbird cake I also made some muffins in regular bakeware with a double batch of my recipe. The muffins in regular bakeware were perfect. The cake made in the bundt pan tasted exactly like liquid dish soap. it was expensive to make and had to be thrown out. After thoroughly washing the pan again...in case it was a fluke. I did an unusual thing and licked the clean just washed pan. The soap taste literally burned my tongue. This pan will be thrown out. Beware smartware. It remembers every flavor its ever known. I can't give this a lower more disappointing rating.
