As a fellow psychologist and hypnotherapist, I found Dr. Elle Field's book a most useful one. What a wealth of helpful material on self-hypnosis she presents for educated, health-conscious consumers who are committed to their growth. What a concise warm journey through one's inner landscape in drawing upon a wide array of hypnotic techniques. Since so much of life is like a trance or dream, why not use these very means to practically make a difference in one's life. Dr. Elly Field is a fine companion on this journey.
