I wanted this item for my birthday. Told my partner, who ordered it. Today is my birthday, and now I am sorry I ever saw this thing! After two of us trying for two hours to make it work, we give up. Total, complete waste of time and money! It is too late to return it, so we have a cute little lapel button that does absolutely nothing. First of all, the so-called "User-Manual" is so poorly written that it may as well not even exist. Second, nowhere, and I do mean NOWHERE does it say what operating systems it is compatible with. We have Windows 7 and an old XP netbook. I can state categorically that this device is not compatible with Windows 7. The DVD installation disc is also one of those miniature things that I'd be terrified of slipping into my HP all-in-one because, for all I know, I'd never get it out again. So, we tried installing it on a Windows 7 laptop and putting the executable onto our network. It simply refuses to function. We are trying everything in the book to make this gadget work, but so far no luck, on any of our computers, including an old XP netbook. Frankly, there should be a law against selling this item in this country (beware: made in China, and maybe it will work there, but don't expect much in countries where English is the first language). If anyone reads this review and still decides to buy this item, well... don't say you were not warned. To Amazon.com: you'd be well-advised to tell all other sellers who advertise this item to pull them ASAP. We couldn't make it work on ANY computer, XP or Windows 7. Nothing, nada, nix, nil, zilch. Can't make it take a picture or anything else. Bah, humbug! Buyer beware! Buyer beware! Buyer beware! Attention Will Robinson, Buyer beware! THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! What a con job! Yeah... I am furious!!!!!

Did not set up or operate as expected.. Difficulty viewin media , instructions difficult .. Advise going on line and viewing YouTube video of the product
