Not only is this the cutest mug I have seen yet but it keeps the beverages hot. The lid seals well and is leak-proof. Everyone else loves the mug as much as I do. It makes people smile---I love it!

Great because you can put it in the dishwasher. Most travel mugs you can't.

My husband loves ceramic mugs and this is perfect, especially the smiley face...so him! The lid fits nice and snug and fits nicely in car cup holder.

This is a very cute mug. I have had it for a year almost now. I got it as a gift last christmas. Its beautiful and hasn't chipped. Its well made. Its keeps things warm for a good amount of time and has a nice secure lid. Well at least when I get to the bottom of the cup of hot cocoa or coffee its still hot. I smile every time I use it. It is a little on the heavy side - not something you would want to travel with and carry around like around college. Because its not metal I am kind afraid of breaking it also. I think its best use is for taking coffee on a road trip or during commute or around your desk. I love it. I only gave it 4 stars because its heavy and not something I can use everywhere. If you need a good travel mug and don't have one - might want to look around more first. This is a good 2nd mug or in my case 5th mug lol. Enjoy!

This mug is super-cute, but the handle and the lip get scalding hot when you heat up your drink in the microwave (and the liquid is only warm). I have to hold it by the mug itself instead of the handle. At least the lid is pretty good at not leaking, as long as the plastic material that seals the lid is on correctly (it tends to get loose). This is my first review on Amazon, and I just had to warn people about how hot the mug gets.

I had purchased cups from this company before and they worked well. The latest, however, have undergone a manufacturing change. The rubber gaskets on the lids would slip right off when the lid was removed, making them utterly useless. Even if you could get the gasket back on, they wouldn't stay on. So, not useful as a travel mug. I sent mine back.

The cup has a top lid cover that is made of rubber that smells pretty bad after washing, what's worse is that over time the bottom of the cup developed some kind of stench odor that would spoil the taste of my coffee, lately it was so bad that I had thrown the cup away. This product is nice to look at, but that is not what it is for. Looking back at my purchase, think this cup is very expensive for such poor quality of construction. It shouldn't cost more than $10.
