Wild Republic has gotten very good at their plushes within the last couple of years. The smilodon plush is morphologically close in relationship to mass and proportion to an actual smilodon, albeit on a very smaller and less dangerous scale. The paws and posterior are weighted with "bean bag" material so it can sit or stand. Careful attention to detail has been made with similar colouration as seen in many a Pleistocene painting.
