This product is misrepresented. You do not get access to local channels, but you get old broadcasts. For example, I bought this hoping to see some NHL playoffs, but the best chance of seeing any games was through CBC sports channels (2 of them). It has been showing the same game every time I check it (Toronto vs. Barrie minor leagues 3-0 in the first period) for the past week!!! The same is true for the other CBC sports channel. ESPN never connects successfully. The "Hockey TV" channel in USA is also showing the same game over and over, but it is a different game (Michigan vs some other team).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

Other channels have the same issue. The best I saw was a news station that was always broadcasting 1 day behind.

This product promises over a thousand channels, your lucky if you get a handful. You get many pop ups stating that you are not connected to the internet or the station is not broadcasting. I thought FOX broadcasts 24 hours a day!

I emailed customer service and I got a quick automated reply that I will be contacted within 2 days. It is now 2 week's and have not heard back from them. I emailed them again a couple of days agao and they just ignore me.

This product is horrible and so is their customer service. I can't beleive they are in business. Don't waste your money. You will regret it.

I've gotten this software to work only twice. My hardware and firewall meet the requirements for this product and seem to be set properly. It will not update either. I've tried contacting customer service, however they remain unavailable... Waste of time and money.

I am disappointed that Amazon would allow this software to be sold on their site. I bought this software to take advantage of my broadband connection. Sadly after a LOT of experimentation I got it to run well enough to use on one of 4 different computers. Some computers will simply not run this piece of crap.
Anyway, ....BUYER BEWARE....the content is available to anyone already.Googling will net more entertainment without the software. Some of "Their" content is no longer available. Some of it it less than entertaining. About the most dependable channel was a trailer channel. Nothing but trailers. I have yet to see an actual movie or show that wasn't an infomercial for more crappy software.
Also this thing constantly tries to update. After awhile it starts rebooting your PC without warning. It has a huge resource drain. The website has a 30 day money back promise which they won't honor. They won't answer your emails at all. They are banking on the fact you won't work too hard to recover the $30 to $50 you paid depending on where you bought it.

So come on people, read the reviews. This software is a ripoff. Don't give them money to encourage them to have other similar projects.

bought to watch network shows when I travel outside US -- Can't be done; a waste of time!

As stated by several posters,this software is rubbish.Take no notice of any four or five star reviews,they are either employees of the company,or complete nutters.

This is a total piece of crap & there is NO customer support. A first they said to leave a voice mail - no resonse. After 2 months they changed to email support only - another 2 months of silence. You do NOT get the stations they claim. As per a review above the program tells me CNBC isn't broadcasting during the day!!DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

no local channels,a few good movies and a lots of 2nd rated movies ,reruns of TV showes, like bones etc. some channels are very clear and others channels are fuzzy but i would buy it again,you can not beat the price. ***graboid (www.graboid.com)comes with it or you can down load it on line for free. its a pay per month movie channel which I thing is cheap for what you get.you can pick from 1000's of movies.not bad if you do not mind watching movies on your computer.it free for the first month. they charge by the size of the movie for more info check out the web site.
