Dangerous software,

Google this product and you will find tons of negative reviews. My experience with it includes instant and numerous problems, including crashes, internet connectivity difficulties, and a pop-up notice (asking for access to the keychain) on every start-up that won't go away even after the program has been uninstalled. This software is complicated, bug-ridden, and not even close to being user friendly. Using it is next to impossible. Getting rid of it IS impossible. Be warned. It's awful. I think of it as a virus. I have spent hours just trying to get my computer back to where it started. Words can't describe the frustration. I give it one star because that's the lowest score possible with Amazon.

Evil Product From Evil People,

I bought Spring Cleaning 10 in September 09 and found it to be somewhat useful but clunky. About two months after purchase it started a repeated popup, mailerdaemonn demanding my keychainpassword. This is a criminal act on Smith Micro's part.

Avoid at all cost,

I just spend good part of a day and an anxious night trying to unfreeze my macbook after loading this product.
When I rebooted it after a minute I got a circle with a line through it on the screen and it froze .After many fruitless tries I finally had to Startup from the Mac Os disk (10.6) run the utility disk repair, permissions , etc and then completley reload the OS. The manuel says that to uninstall it you have to go back and put the disk in and follow several steps but piece of trash has me too paranoid . I dumped the application in the trash--hope that will be enough or will it arise from the dead like some evil critter and attack again? If you have Mac os 10.6 do not buy this product. Their support site is of no help either.
