Why is this toy in Baby and toddlers, yes lets give babies rubber bands so they can choke and die.

I ordered this item for my nephews from Collectors Paradise and the image at the time it was hard to see clear the contents shapes of package. Selling Christmas shapes after Christmas makes no sense. Most kids don't want Christmas themed items when it isn't the holiday. They look to be OK quality, Image has been enlarged, Title should indicate Holiday or Christmas. Fun Shapes=Holiday ????
