The watch was fine when I received it, but appoximently a week later the band stardted to break on one side and the push button light does not work you have to keep pushing the light to get it to turn on, the hands do not glow in the dark, overall very usatisfied with watch like they say you get what you pay for.

The watch over all is ok if you just want a watch with an EMT logo. It has no use for an EMT. The second hand is to small to see, which is mostly why you need a watch. The light only stays on for a couple seconds which is useless unless you have 3 hands.

I was given this watch as a gift when I got my EMT status. I love the blue face and the star of life on it. The band however started to break with in a month. The Velcro on it has a limited life that slowly starts to prove ineffective. The band also started get slimy as it collected my sweat, skin cells, and dust. The hands do not really glow that well in the dark, but since it has a back glow I accepted that. The paint wore off relatively fast on the bezel, but again I accepted that as a fact of life as I worked in a warehouse at the time.

With the exception of the band, the watch is rather nice. But the band is a big deal in my book.

When I recieved the watch I put it on and immediately noticed the stitching on the band was coming off. I am not going to keep it any longer to find out how well it will hold up. I will be returning it.

I bought this watch for my nephew who just recently became an EMT. Not two weeks after he started wearing it, the pin fell off and he needs a new band. I mistakenly thought that since the watch was made by Smith and Wesson that it would be good quality.

watch arrived with broken second hand which an EMT needs to do their job. We were greatly disappointed. We have given this watch before to our EMT family member and it has worked well although seems a bit fragile.

The watch itself is fine, so far, but after wearing it on and off for two months, the band has started tearing on both sides of the actual watch. Not very good quality, in my book at least. Do yourself a favor: Save your money and buy a Luminox.

Great watch and durable for such a good price. Only issue is that anyone with large wrists will have issues at first with the velcro-band strap fitting a little awkward - tends to move the watch to the outer wrist unless it's super tight. Easy fix- bend the strap where you'd like and place it under a stack of books. Over time it should work.

Good watch overall. The star of life is a sticker and that kinda kills the coolness factor, because it doesnt look good. But otherwise a nice watch.

this watch has a big sport face,face glass is rugged,Band fits small wrists.....Indiglo is great!!!

Overall happy so far......
