Tom Smith's book has been revised under the auspices of the Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers, and is the only guide authorized by the association. The new edition incorporates the full 2000 Code of the Laws of Cricket with amendments as ratified by the MCC and international and national cricket bodies in 2003.

About the Author
Tom Smith founded the Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers in 1953 and served as its General Secretary for 25 years. It now has more than 8,000 members world wide. On his death in 1995 he willed his cricketing 'bible' to the Association, who have ensured its continual updating ever since.

dear book lovers, the book is really good but the only problem with the supplier is the delivery you have to wait for atleast 22 days for the book to be delivered, so if you want it you need to wait.the book is the best no doubt.
