Product Description

This Glow in the Dark Spider Computer Mouse recalls insects flying, climbing or swimming in the plexi-glass walled displays at our O. Orkin Insect Zoo, National Museum of Natural History. The O. Orkin Insect Zoo is a special exhibit hall on the 2nd Floor of the museum where visitors can observe live insects and their many-legged relatives. Volunteers conduct tarantula feeding demonstrations, work with live insects that visitors may touch and hold, and answer questions about the many-legged creatures that live in the Insect Zoo.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product June 20, 2012

I am pleased with the purchase of this spider computer mouse. Though the description of "glow-in-the-dark" implies a single color of luminescence, this neat computer mouse actually cycles through several colors of LED lights. The clear acrylic so far has not shown finger or palm prints, as I had been afraid it would. I think it may be slightly smaller than an average computer mouse, but it functions perfectly well.

4.0 out of 5 stars You get what the tittle sais June 13, 2012

I looked at the picture and I was intrigued, it looked pretty cool, but when I got the mouse I was a little disappointed, although not enough to not like the mouse, but even though I got a spider inside the mouse I noticed it wasn't the same spider in the picture, which could explain why they didn't include the species of the spider in the description or anywhere at all. Although it is still pretty cool to have and I can't wait to take it to work!

5.0 out of 5 stars Species February 9, 2012
I love this spider mouse. People are always asking about it when they see it.
Some people are creeped out, but most admire it.
I wish I knew the species though.

3.0 out of 5 stars Out of date specs
The bug under glass is incredible. I love the color. But really, who uses a three button mouse anymore? If this came in a 5 button I would have bought one of each just now.
