If you follow the program to the letter, and you're really serious about quitting, this is the way to go. Um, if you have constipation, say goodbye to that.

I used the product 7 months ago and it worked. You have to be serious and follow the program outlined in the kit very closely to work. I found out about the system from an online article about natural methods of quitting and strongly recommend this if not the product rated barely better than this. I was a smoker for 34 years with up to 4 packs a day at times and I was still able to be clean using this system in 40 days. Of course, my wife was a strong support system that helped me from cheating on the program which is stongly recommended for those looking to quit.

It does work, but only if you have your mind made up that you are really ready to take the plunge. I have done it twice and both times I stayed quit for two years. I got around smokers and got weak, because you never lose that desire. Just like an alcoholic really. You have to do it according to instructions, and you will have a case of diahrea - it cleans your system out (which is a good thing). Both times I had to take the pills for at least 5 days.
