what about: how many successful Afroamericans are discussed in the book? it's not about the luck; it's about the context-culture, socioeconomic status, opportunities, happenstance, ... Life in this world isn't just but we could work for improvement and respect for all ...

I hope this time he cites Foucault since this is yet another book where Gladwell turns serious social theory into pop soc.

He he... I recently bumped into "Nathan's Review" of Outliers. Read it! It's informative and fun and better than the book.
