As the cd title states "smooth sensation" is what typically you`re listening to. Time and Love, Smooth Sensation and Be My Side are three of Ken`s better compositions. Eric Marenthal adds his ever so mellow saxes to the mix. Nothing here to make you want to get up and "boogie" but that`s not the cd`s intention. Quiet, reserved, catchy tunes, Smooth Jazz at it`s finest. Not to disappoint.

This is my first album that I have ever heard by Ken Navarro, which I love with my whole heart. This cd is great because it is very well composed and the way he plays his guitar is smooth and superb on almost every song. I have heard various smooth jazz artists that play the guitar well, and I would have to say that I give Ken a very high rank with this cd. I love Norman Brown and the way that he plays his guitar also, but Ken stands out as a excellent guitar player as well. The songs on this album relax my soul and gives me strong joy as the tunes & melodies are beautifully played. This is a sure winner, a nice and delightful cd that will not put you to shame. Buy this album and enjoy the rich, quality, wonderful sounds of "Smooth Sensation!"

I just really love this album. Although I am not really into contempory jazz, I really enjoy listening to this album. the songs are soothing and..... relaxing especially " I've always loved you" and "smooth sensation". Great music to enjoy on a quite evening weekend at home ...v^0^v
