Although the title is misleading, this book has a lot to offer. In addition to smoothie recipes, you will find instructions for refreshing beverages, soups and more. The individual offerings are followed by nutritional explanations that are interesting and helpful. I tried Dr. Buchanan's recipe for Iced Ginger Tea today, and it's a keeper.
