WHen I saw Alcohol Free, I was hoping to find more of kid's type smoothie recipes but these are more adult in ingredients and palate. The cards themselves are very sturdy and colorful. The flip box is clever. For our family though we probably would only use a dozen or so of the recipe cards. If you are an adult who likes to entertain with smoothies in the summer this mght be perfect for you!
