This book contains recipes typical to a Swedish "buffet". Most include a variety of Fish (Anchovies, Herring and Sardines particularly) and Eggs. The recipes are short and to the point. There is also a handy Cocktail Guide towards the end of the book which includes recipes for old-time Cocktails, Cobblers, Egg Nogs, Flips, Sours, Toddies, Punches and Cups. If you're planning to host a brunch buffet, this book is for you.
