5.0 out of 5 stars You Have To Laugh, May 10, 2007
This review is from: Smotherly Love: I Know Where Your Buttons Are and I'm Not Afraid to Push Them! (Hardcover)
Where do you go for help with relationship issues? The last place I thought I'd go is to a HUMOROUS book. I mean, relationship problems are serious. This book has an amazing, humorous way of reaching into difficult Mother/Daughter relationships and offers practical advise. If you want to lighten your load, then take a few afternoons and delve into this book. The stories are told from the Mother's perspective then the daughters and then there is some very good, useful suggestions on how to resolve difficult relationship situations. So grab your favorite beverage, find a relaxing space and enjoy a truly AMAZING book. Betty

I read this while doing a multi-hour test in the Dr's office and laughed out loud-how typical if you have lived with a daughter. Easy reading and

soooo familiar. It brought back memories after many years.

SMOTHERLY LOVE made me smile and often chuckle. I wanted to keep reading! The author helped me view past conflicts with my daughter in a healthy way. Because of this enjoyable and realistic book, I have more perspective about the challenges of raising kids. Debi Stack offers a delightful read full of scriptural wisdom. Her book is a timely and inspirational gift for those going through mother-daughter ups and downs.
