I have 2 say King Adora will be one of the biggest bands of 2001! I personally have seen them live twice and have all their singles - and smoulder is just one of the best songs they have. With the ingenious robot voice every now and again and the made up word "sexsational" it all just clicks together perfectly. Along with the B-Sides to this single "Loved" and "Massive Ego" I have 2 say the single is worth having. "Massive Ego" with its high pitch singing and "Loved" with its suicidal lyrics you can't help but love it! The only thing I can say is buy it!!

The Cd may only last just over 8 minutes but is worth every penny (cent). I've been waiting for four years for a band as exciting as King Adora to come along and the waiting really paid off. While this may not be their best song (the honour going to Bionic/The Law/Big Isn't beautiful - hopefully appearing on the album) it is a good starting point. What you get for your money are three tracks that are so fast and furious that two are shorter than 2 minutes and 30 seconds. But the tracks are also very well crafted with humourous/heart-felt lyrics (depends on the song) that are all very catchy and easy to sing-a-long to. Plus the band have a wonderful style too. If you need comparison imagine Muse if they lost the Radiohead obsession and discovered glamour and caffine.
