The jerky has a plesant taste, not overly fishy. Some of the pieces were highly seasoned. Some of the pieces were signifigantly drier than others but overall I recommend the product.

This tuna jerky is excellent. Its not too tough or dry, and has a great blend of spices. Its much more expensive than other types of jerky but well worth the price.
