About the Author
Susan Wolk is a journalist, editor, and broadcaster. Her articles have appeared in all the major British newspapers; she was editor of the cookery magazine Mrs.Beeton Traditional Housekeeping Today. She is the founder and coordinator of the London Film Food Fiesta, a three-and-a-half day food film experience which includes the screening of food-themed movies, live food and cookery workshops, talks by food experts, and educational programming for schools.

skip this one,
This review is from: Snacks: Tasty Treats from the '50s (Retro Recipes) (Hardcover)
a cute idea, but not well executed. These recipes can be found in any basic cookbook. The actual construction of this book is nice though...laminated pages that wipe clean, and pages that lie flat.
