i bought this because i thought it contained all of otis rush's cobra output, plus magic sams and buddy guys. but the audio quality of otis and sams recordings are so poor - in some songs you can't even make out that it is otis or sam or buddy who is singing. plus there is so much extra noise, hiss etc. bad remastering - if that is what it is. better off buying the official 'otis rush cobra recordings' and the 'essential magic sam' which has sam's cobra output - both of whichs reviews on amazon compliment the audio quality. if you look around i am sure you can get a better quality cd of buddy's cobra stuff elsewhere as well - which music btw is excellent. skip this - waste of money.

Not only does this highlight the remarkable talents of Magic Sam ,Buddy Guy and Otis Rush,

But it also displays the songwriting and production skills of one of the greatest names in Blues ,Willie Dixon.

Willie left Chess Records to run the short lived Cobra Records and as you will hear leaving another enormous legacy of pure blues at it's best.

You can't get any better than Buddy Guy...he's my favorite artist....love, love, love that man....National Treasure!
