3.0 out of 5 stars naz last with manny, July 21, 2010

nazareth at this point were back on track but still not as powerful as they once were. no 1980's naz was as biting or as good as their seventies efforts other than 1980's 'malice in wonderland' that doesn't mean that they put out bad cd's though. The 80's stuff is good hard rock melodic metal usually with some great songs mixed in with some not so great songs. "cinema" which preceeded this one was a good effort and this one is very similiar to it in overall feel. So it's not bad at all but not great either. However songs like 'donna get off that crack" , 'lady luck" and 'animals' are good nazareth songs. the bonus tracks add to the enjoyment also. This is not their best but it's well worth owning if you like this classic metal band. You won't find the true explosive nazareth of old but you will find some great rockin songs with some good slower ones. And this is the last one with manny charlton too the original guitarist quit after this one.
