5.0 out of 5 stars A Real Truth not limited to Music Industry Only!, April 12, 2000
By Lynne (United States) - See all my reviews
Snakes in the Lobby is not a ficticous tale... it is real. The vision that Scott MacLeod encountered surrounds the realms of the Music Industry. This book speaks not only there but to the corporate masses, and most piercing... The Church. Scott's sensitivity to the revelatory realm has brought us a mirror to see what part are we playing? What role(s)have we become? This vision can bring great illumination to the simplest and the most complex of minds if they have ears to hear the truth.

Buy it, share it, send it to all you know... it WILL bring challenge through self-examination.

4.0 out of 5 stars Warning: Conviction might come if you read this book!, June 11, 1999
By A Customer
Snakes in the Lobby, although short in length, raises many great points. I highly recommend it for all musicians, especially worship musicians. I'm not a musician, but I am seeking the Lord. Scott Macleod's book definitely raised some issues I needed to address in my relationship with the Lord. Scott Macleod explains the issues quite clearly, the only thing that is slightly difficult is the "framework" for the story: which is a vision. But all in all, it's a very good book -- a really quick read, too. As a side note, I can assure any future readers, that Scott does stand behind what he writes. His church lives it. Blessings!

4.0 out of 5 stars It is like Rick Joyner's "The Final Quest", October 21, 1998
By jerev@wavefront.com (Apple Valley, MN USA) - See all my reviews
Our minister of music bought 20 copies and had the choir and all other music ministry people read it. Shows spirtual struggles in the church. Well worth reading. Mount Olivet Assembly of God Church in Apple Valley, Minnesota

2.0 out of 5 stars Yeah, what's new
I hesitate to sound so unenthused about a vision from God. And it is obviously a Scriptural account of one that God gave Scott MacLeod. Read more
