Tom Carmody is a Mexican cowboy with grit and a bit of a quick temper, but he's intelligent and determined. He's the sort of cowboy that sorts out the winners from the losers in the harsh world of raising range cattle. He's come back to the states from fighting in Mexico to face his old enemy, Bannerman, and sift through bits of his past he thought he'd never have to consider again. Is revenge really sweet, or just a waste of a man's time? A fast-paced western that will have you searching for more in the Frank Bonham series.
