This CDI Torque 1/4-Inch drive metal handle click type torque wrench offers the user a rugged, industrial strength torque wrench able to withstand the rigors of professional use. Handles are lightly knurled for a tough, non slip grip. It has a dual scale which is calibrated in dual direction. It has a positive lock with a spring loaded pull down lock ring. It features a fast, accurate and easy to set as well as easy to read laser marked scales. It also features a quick release buttons which provide good socket retention as well as easy socket removal. The torque range is 10 to 50-Inch pounds.

Micrometer "clicker" torque wrenches feature a distinct breaking action when the set torque is reached. The breaking action and clicking noise is greatest at the upper part of the scale. Positive lock with spring loaded pull-down lock ring. Dual English and Nm scale, calibrated single direction. Fast, accurate and easy to set. Easy-to-read Laser marked scales. Accuracy ± 3% clockwise direction, from 20-100% full scale. Meets or exceeds ASME B107.14M-1994, ISO 6789 Standards. This wrench was the best value/quality I could find. I was only going to purchase a wrench made in America and after alot of research, CDI is supposed to by made in America. Upon receipt of the wrench, I noticed that the case is made in Taiwan and the wrench is made in America using foreign and US made parts.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the fit, finish and accuracy of the wrench. Would I purchase another? Yes I plan to, but I can only give it four stars due to being made with foreign parts, I felt the made in America advertisement was a bit misleading.
