Fast-paced book that's telling me a lot about contemporary New Mexico,

"Snap Me a Future" grabbed me right away with characters I cared about and wanted to know more about. I'm learning a lot about contemporary New Mexico in several milieu- journalism, theatre, the arts scene-- as well as the issues in the story about plundered ancient Indian sites. I really like the mentoring relationship that the woman main character has with a younger woman intern. If you like New Mexico and a compelling story about a woman overcoming her fears, "Snap Me A Future" is for you.

Ms Gotsch keeps her reader engrossed. A good story with good place reference--you feel like you are in NM.
