Thats more than any other pre-emergent herbicide on the market.For use on landscape ornamentals, ground covers, perennials, Christmas tree plantations, non-bearing fruit and nut trees, container and field-grown ornamentals. Application rate: 2.3 to 4.6 lb per 1000 square feet, depending on weeds to be controlled. Important that this material is applied before rainfall or irrigation, otherwise work into the top 1-2 inches of soil. 50 pound bag.

I have used preen for years, with little satisfaction.I went to a landscaping forum
and heard about SnapShot 2.5 TG. Wow what a difference.
This product made my landscaping weed free.You will have to pull the weeds
yourself (unless you are using Round-Up)once that is accomplished apply
SnapShot 2.5 TG and be weed free for about 8 month's, unless you dig or break
the soil where the product is applied,then you will have to re-apply
SnapShot to the area where you dug.Product is Awesome.

We use SNAPSHOT after weeding to keep their seeds from germinating. It really helps
& lasts for several months. Any weeds already sprouted will come up, but it stops a lot of them from sprouting. Amazon had the best price!!
