5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Cupcake Carrier and Made in USA
I have been looking for a cupcake carrier for a long time. This one is perfect. Its well made, in the USA, lightweight and secure. Holds 24 cupcakes with enough room to decorate and not worry about them getting smashed or messed up. Plus, can pack a day ahead and keep them fresh. The cupcake trays are reversible and could be used for brownies, pastries and other...

2.0 out of 5 stars Plastic is too brittle
This cupcake carrier was shipped to me as a wedding gift. The first one that arrived had cracks in both trays and one of the fold up clips had broken off. I exchanged it. I have used the replacement one about half a dozen times. It's been great for storing cupcakes in my refrigerator. This past weekend one of the clips snapped off and now the two trays don't hold together...

I have used the replacement one about half a dozen times. It's been great for storing cupcakes in my refrigerator. This past weekend one of the clips snapped off and now the two trays don't hold together securely. I am not the kind of person who is hard on things so I think I am going to find a more quality replacement whose plastic doesn't break so easily.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best cupcake carrier, April 5, 2010
This review is from: Snapware 2-Level Cupcake Storage Carrier (Kitchen)
For a couple of weeks, I've been searching for the best cupcake carrier for what I would be baking. I bake mostly cupcakes and cookies. You can place two layers of cookies in each section. There was enough room to store the cupcakes and decorate them as I wanted. If you can, I highly recommend to place the undecorated cupcakes in the carrier first and then decorate them in the carrier. This prevented me from messing up the frosting by trying to put them in after they were nicely decorated. This is also a great carrier because you can buy additional sections to attach and/or you can use just one section at a time. At my last party, I just removed the empty sections as the cupcakes were being eaten so the container wasn't so bulky-looking at the table. This carrier also felt very secure (snap locks) and durable(strong/solid construction) when I was transporting the cupcakes. I've also seen this same brand/type sold as a single section. This is the best supcake carrier I've seen and used so far.

5.0 out of 5 stars Smart design will have you wanting to make cupcakes all the time!, December 5, 2009

I purchased this carrier a week ago (under the Martha Stewart brand name, but it's the same Snapware product) to transport my daughter's 2 dozen birthday cupcakes to daycare. I've never been so impressed by a product - so clever! You can separate it to carry only 12, reverse the trays for use with other products (and the handles on the tray that flip for reverse use also drop down just for reaching the frosted cupcakes more easily.) I have 12 more cupcakes sitting in it, in the fridge right now - nice to know they won't have their mousse frosting smushed! It's so cool I just want to keep making cupcakes to sit in it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Use it all the time!, September 29, 2010
This review is from: Snapware 2-Level Cupcake Storage Carrier (Kitchen)
I got the 3-tiered version of this Snap-Ware product at a Costco store a couple of years ago. I use it all the time. It works great for just about anything! I use it for cupcakes, or flip it over and use it to stack cookies when taking lots of cookies to an event. I use it for cakes, cinnamon rolls, any kind of food really. I use it when I have to carry a couple of different kinds of desserts or foods at once.

I tell my husband every time I use it how much I love it. It has held up great and I am not necessarily very careful with it all of the time. I wash all the parts in the dishwasher. I may have to be more careful with it in the future...as I see that the 2-tiered version is all that appears to be available now. I don't know what I'll do when mine wears out!

2.0 out of 5 stars Useless for carrying cupcakes, July 9, 2010

This review is from: Snapware 2-Level Cupcake Storage Carrier (Kitchen)
It's an 'ok' carrier for sheet cakes, cookies, etc, and the stackable feature is nice. But this product is totally useless for carrying muffins or cupcakes. To be honest I'm puzzled at how there can be positive experiences from the use of this product with cupcakes. The holders are simply too shallow to hold them in place. I used the carrier once and a slight tip sent my perfectly iced cupcakes out the holders and rolling off to one side of the carrier, creating a messy pile of cupcakes stuck together with frosting :-( The 'rings' for cupcakes are identical to the ones on the Wilton carrier Wilton Ultimate 3-In-1 Cupcake Caddy and Carrier. Check out the negative product reviews on that one and you'll know what I mean.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful!!, February 7, 2011
This review is from: Snapware 2-Level Cupcake Storage Carrier (Kitchen)
This is the best container I've ever owned! I carried 2 dozen cupcakes over snowy, icy, slick, potholed St. Louis roads, and they made it safe and sound! It takes a little nudging to get the cupcakes into the individual cups, but that just means they're secure. I like that you can also flip the tray over and it's flat for treats other than cupcakes. I can't wait to get another since it will also snap together.

My wife loves to bake, so we always have left over treats to bring to work. We have a few of these and they are handy. Nicely stackable and hold the cupcakes securely. Even when I am fumbling to open the door the cupcakes stay in place and safe.

For a product review,I give 4 stars ( though I have not received it yet; I saw it in Target and looks like good quality and functional)

For a seller review, I give 1 star for overcharging. You can find them individually for $9.99 in the stores, so for a little over $20.00, including local tax, you will still pay less than buying it here...this shipping cost I feel was overpriced, but I did not know I could get it so easily in the stores.

For the new and uprising cupcake makers. This Snapware 2-level cupcake storage carrier is a must have! Nothing more annoying then baking 2 dozen creativly designed cupcakes and taking them in thier dingy cupcake tin or a plater with plastic wrap around them.. This container stacks them beautifully and keeps them from any type of damge while in transport. Sturdy plastic container and handles.
