"Pro Quality" should not be in the name. You get what you pay for. Needed this for my son for a drum not used frequently, so didn't want to spend a lot. Couldn't find anything cheaper. Decent build, but nothing that would hold up to serious use or gigs.

My local music store wanted $65 for a snare drum stand. This is is lighter, easier to move around, and cost $50 less. It arrived shortly after I ordered it.

I got this as an extra stand for practice for an old snare drum. It works well and is very sturdy. You can angle it any way needed and holds the drum securely. I am happy with this product and for sure at low cost.

Do not expect much from the cheapest stand around.,

This stand is extremely flimsy. The clasp that controls the angle of the drum is very cheap and it feels like it it's going to be a short matter of time before it's stripped. It will not work for a tom, but so far it is supporting my snare. This gets two stars despite one star performance because how much can you expect from the cheapest hardware around.

This stand works well and is very durable. It holds my son's drum sturdy and is adjustable. It would've made this even better if a case for the stand was included.

This is probably the best snare stand I have ever used. I looked at others that were considerably more expensive, but I feel I made the correct choice with this one. It is a nice solid stand that holds the drum in place really well.

Very nicew product for the money and just what I had hoped it would be. My son's majoring in Music at the University and he uses it daily. Great product at a great price. It was shipped quickly and arrived when promised.

Far From Pro Quality,

Sorry, but this is as far from "professional quality" as you can get. My husband has been a professional drummer for 40 years. He bought this stand to hold a vintage tom he was adding to one of his kits. (Didn't want to harm its vintage value by drilling holes for a new mount.)
The stand is weak, rickety, loose, and at its highest point it's still lower than most professional stands. It would have been too low and shaky for my husband even if used as a snare drum holder. For the tom it just doesn't work at all. We're sending it back for a refund today. Instead of this, hubby's using an old snare basket holder mounted on a DW cymbal stand for the tom. |
