It's refillable and comes w/ a clear lid. It comes in a sturdy .20ml thermaformed base. The wheel size is about 8.5 inches in diameter. The height is about .625 inches. You can EASILY paint 412 full faces w/ this basic kit. You also receive the walk around tray which is RED (not blue as shown). In this set up you also receive one each of our top six professional brushes (fine round, small round, medium round, fine flat, medium flat and large flat). You receive two high density sponges & one stipple sponge. You receive our top four colors of glitter gel. I needed this product within 5 days and I actually received it in 4 days. The only complaint I have is the system told me it was scheduled to come in 12 days so I had to cover myself and find some product before that date. I wish the system was a little more truthful about the dates. I understand the need to be cautious with shipping dates, but it does nothting to help plan ahead. Now that I know I can rely on the company to send quicker than projected dates.
